Building through the pandemic was scary enough, but being lucky enough to find a local g.c. who only deals with local subs and builds one gorgeous home after another was a gold mine. Eric guided us through the process, made firm decisions when we couldnt be involved, protected our investment and was available for several additional consults and side projects to us with just as much attention as our main build years ago. He's consistent he explains things thoroughly and is not afraid to object when first time builders make less ideal design ideas, and builds them into reasonable results and not Pinterest fantasies! Four season building can't be easy but he does make it worth calling this valley home. Justin was pretty great too. We appreciated his quick work and accountability so much throughout all of our builds. Eric must be running things pretty well if he can hold onto skills like his year after year!
